  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsp sauerkraut
  • Lime wedge

Instructions

  4. On a plate, arrange scrambled eggs beside avocado slices seasoned with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add tomato salad and sauerkraut next to it along with toasted sourdough and lime wedge.
