  • 1 1/2 cups red enchilada sauce
  • 810 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
