  • 1 1/2 cups sugar (plus extra for rolling)
  • 1 cup Crisco
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, boil Craisins with 1 cup of water until liquid is absorbed; let cool.
  3. Mix flour and baking soda in a bowl.
