  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in cocoa powder until smooth; set aside to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Mix in the cooled butter/cocoa mixture and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting.
  6. For decoration, pipe melted white chocolate on top in a spider web pattern.
