  • 1/2 package phyllo dough
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté chopped spinach over medium heat until wilted; set aside to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, sautéed spinach, and artichokes. Season with salt and pepper; mix well.
  4. Layer phyllo sheets in a muffin tin brushed with olive oil to form cups.
  5. Fill each phyllo cup with the dip mixture.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
