  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt (divided)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Drizzle chicken breasts with olive oil. Season both sides with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Carefully cut pockets into each chicken breast without slicing all the way through.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, spinach, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and remaining salt until well mixed.
