  • 12 medium cocktail olives (with pimentos)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in water for 20 minutes. Cool in cold water before peeling.
  2. Halve the eggs lengthwise, remove yolks, and strain through a mesh strainer into a bowl.
  3. Mix yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and red dye until creamy.

  5. Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture; place an olive slice on top.
