  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 package candy eyes
  • 20 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp heavy cream, to thin
