  • 3 large chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 small heads of broccoli (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tsp arrowroot powder
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp water
  • sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and spices. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Steam broccoli until tender-crisp (about 3–5 minutes) and set aside.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Cook marinated chicken in a single layer for 15–20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Prepare the sauce by mixing arrowroot slurry with remaining marinade in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
  6. Assemble bowls with rice at the base, topped with chicken and broccoli. Drizzle with sticky sauce.
  7. Combine mayonnaise with sriracha for a spicy drizzle and garnish with sesame seeds.
