  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and optional chili flakes. Stir well.
  2. Toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through (6–8 minutes).
  4. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and toss with oil to prevent sticking.
