  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium carrots, julienned

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (as a fish sauce substitute)
  • 1 tsp chili flakes

Instructions

  5. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
