  • 8 slices of Havarti cheese
  • 16 slices of turkey
  • 4 tablespoons apricot jelly
  • 4 tablespoons honey mustard
  • ½ cup arugula or microgreens
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Everything bagel seasoning (to taste)
  • Honey (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each croissant in half; spread apricot jelly on one half and honey mustard on the other.
  3. Layer one slice of Havarti cheese on the bottom half, followed by four slices of turkey, and top with arugula or microgreens.
