  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 medium cucumber, grated
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. If using raw chicken, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through; shred once cooled.
  2. Grate the cucumber into a bowl and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. Combine the grated cucumber with Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the tzatziki sauce. Optionally fold in diced red onion or other preferred toppings.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
