  • 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar

  • 1 cup (90g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 chocolate ice cream cones
  • 2 cups (300g) powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • Green food coloring
  • Halloween-themed sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Melt the unsalted butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the granulated sugar to the melted butter and mix until combined.
  3. Incorporate the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into a prepared 9×13 inch baking pan.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before frosting.
