  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground green cardamom

Instructions
