- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 – 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp apple pie spice
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Pour half of the melted chocolate over the Cinnamon Apple Chex in a mixing bowl. Add 1 tsp of apple pie spice and stir until evenly coated.
