  • 1 cup salted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup old-fashioned whole rolled oats
  • 1 and 1/4 cups m&ms
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream softened butter until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix until combined.
  3. Incorporate granulated sugar and brown sugar; mix on high speed until well-creamed.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
  5. Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix until dry ingredients are incorporated.
  6. Fold in oats, m&ms, and chocolate chips using low speed.
  7. Scoop cookie dough onto prepared sheets leaving space between each ball.
  8. Bake for 10–13 minutes until edges are set but centers appear slightly underbaked.
  9. Let cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
