  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, pulse half of the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs and set aside.
