  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 1.5 cups shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 1 cup chopped cooked turkey bacon (optional)

  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.13 tsp nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Layer the torn croissants evenly in the dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until smooth.
