  • 5 oz caramel sauce
  • 20 oz apple pie filling
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Butter a 9×13" baking dish.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
  4. Chop apple pie filling into smaller pieces for even distribution.
  5. Microwave tortillas for about 20 seconds to soften.
  6. Spread caramel sauce down the center of each tortilla and top with diced apple filling.
  7. Roll tortillas tightly around the filling and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  8. Brush each taquito with melted butter and sprinkle with the sugar mixture.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
