  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • Âľ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 package Peep brand vegan marshmallows
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • Âľ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Easter Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  3. Sift dry ingredients and gradually combine them with the wet mixture.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles gently.
  5. Portion dough, flatten slightly, place a marshmallow in the center, and wrap dough around it.
  6. Chill the dough for at least 2 hours.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
  8. Bake cookies for 14–16 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  9. Cool on the tray before transferring to a wire rack.
