  • 10.5 oz jar of pistachio cream
  • 17.6 oz package of frozen konafah or kataifi dough
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Melted chocolate (recommendation: milk chocolate)
  • Chopped pistachios (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the konafah by melting butter in a skillet over medium/low heat. Add chopped konafah in batches and cook until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Transfer to paper towels and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Combine toasted konafah with pistachio cream in a bowl, adjusting the ratio to your taste preference.
  3. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler until smooth.
  4. Assemble the cups by layering sliced strawberries, then the konafah/pistachio mixture, followed by melted chocolate drizzle. Repeat layers until filled.
