  • 3 cups Easter sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup unsalted sweet cream butter (for frosting), softened
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • Pink gel food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  2. In a stand mixer, combine the cake mix, egg, and butter until a soft dough forms.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of Easter sprinkles evenly throughout the dough.
  4. Use a small cookie scoop to form dough balls, rolling them in remaining sprinkles to coat.
  5. Place on prepared sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely on wire racks.
  6. For frosting, beat softened butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and pink gel food coloring until creamy.
