  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Cook over medium-low heat while stirring until the raspberries begin to release their juices.
  2. Stir regularly as the mixture comes to a simmer. Lower the heat and simmer for about 8 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and strain through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to separate seeds from pulp.
  4. Allow the coulis to cool before transferring it to an airtight container.
