  • 8 ounces Brick Cream Cheese – softened
  • 6 Tbsp Butter – softened
  • 2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Assorted berries and fruit (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, kiwis, mandarin oranges)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sugar cookie dough according to package directions or your favorite recipe.
  2. Roll the dough out to about ¼ inch thick and cut out egg-shaped cookies using a cookie cutter.
  3. Bake at the temperature specified on the cookie dough package until edges are lightly golden.
  4. Let cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
  5. For frosting, mix softened cream cheese and butter until smooth, then gradually add confectioner's sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy.
  6. Spread the frosting over each cooled cookie and top with fresh fruits.
