- 1 cup mayonnaise (full fat preferred)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts in water (drained and chopped)
- 1/2 cup spinach (cooked and squeezed of liquid)
- 1 bag frozen roll dough (thawed)
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, artichokes, and spinach until well mixed.
- Cut thawed roll dough in half and shape it into a bunny on the baking sheet.
- Allow the dough to rise covered with plastic wrap for about 30 minutes until doubled in size.
- Scoop the prepared dip into the center of the bunny’s head and into each ear.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
