  • 1 cup mayonnaise (full fat preferred)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts in water (drained and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup spinach (cooked and squeezed of liquid)
  • 1 bag frozen roll dough (thawed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, artichokes, and spinach until well mixed.
  3. Cut thawed roll dough in half and shape it into a bunny on the baking sheet.
  4. Allow the dough to rise covered with plastic wrap for about 30 minutes until doubled in size.
  5. Scoop the prepared dip into the center of the bunny’s head and into each ear.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
