  • 500g ready-made custard
  • 250ml milk
  • 350g lemon curd
  • Icing sugar for serving

  2. Cut croissants in half and arrange them snugly in a baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the custard, milk, and lemon curd until smooth.
  4. Pour the custard mixture over the croissants and let soak for about 10 minutes.
  5. Bake for approximately 35 minutes until golden brown and set with a slight jiggle in the center.
