  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 2½ cups cold milk
  • Additional whipped topping for garnish
  • Lemon zest or slices for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Lemon Oreos with melted butter. Press firmly into a 9×13-inch dish and chill for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the chilled crust.
  3. Whisk instant lemon pudding mix with cold milk until thickened, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Spread remaining whipped topping evenly on top of the lemon pudding layer.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
