  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • Vegetables: red bell pepper, onion, garlic, ginger, canned pineapple chunks, green onions
  • Vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by dicing vegetables and slicing green onions.
  2. Mix the sauce in a bowl by combining pineapple juice, chicken broth, honey, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch.
