  • Four (6 to 8 ounce) fresh skinless cod fillets
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (cut into small pieces)
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
