  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1.5 cups cooked corn kernels
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 4 oz feta cheese (crumbled)
  • Fresh cilantro and lime for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: peel shrimp, chop onion, and mince garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion until translucent (3-4 minutes), then add garlic for another minute.
  3. Add shrimp, chili powder, and salt; cook until pink and opaque (3-4 minutes per side).
