  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz tub whipped topping
  • 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 18–23 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
  4. To make the frosting, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add sour cream and vanilla extract; fold in whipped topping until combined. Spread over cooled brownies.
  5. Crumble vanilla sandwich cookies in a food processor; mix with strawberry syrup until evenly coated. Sprinkle over frosted brownies.
