  • 1 bottle (750ml) white apple vinegar
  • 1/4 cup peach juice or syrup
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the fruits: peaches into wedges, strawberries into quarters, and lemon into thin slices.
  2. In a large glass pitcher, combine the white apple vinegar and peach juice/syrup. Stir gently.
  3. Add honey or agave nectar to sweeten, mixing until dissolved.
  4. Fold in all prepared fruits, pressing them down gently to submerge them in the liquid. Cover and refrigerate for 2–6 hours.
  5. Before serving, add sparkling water and stir gently.
  6. Pour over ice-filled glasses and garnish with extra fruit slices if desired.
