  • 600 grams cream cheese (softened)
  • 150 grams granulated sugar

  • 200 grams white chocolate, chopped

  • 250 ml heavy cream (whipped)
  • 300 grams fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
  2. For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition. Fold in chopped white chocolate, pour over the crust, and bake at 160°C for about 45 minutes. Cool completely.
  3. For topping, melt remaining white chocolate and fold in whipped cream. Spread over the cooled cheesecake and refrigerate until set (2-3 hours).
