  • 3/4 cup pistachio paste
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sour cream, at room temperature
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter; press into a springform pan for the crust.
  3. Bake crust for about 10 minutes; let cool.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, pistachio paste, tahini, eggs, almond extract, vanilla extract, and salt; blend well.
